As part of Poloniex’s spin out from Circle, Poloniex US customers no longer have direct access to their accounts and are temporarily restricted from withdrawing assets. Poloniex US customers had to withdraw their assets before December 16. All remaining assets in your account will be traded into and stored as USDC. We will launch a new withdrawal site for customers in the first quarter of 2020 where customers with a remaining balance will be able to withdraw their assets as USDC at that time.
